Kirk and his crew did an amazing job at our commercial location in Ballard. They did it all, including framing, drywall, electrical and plumbing.
Speaking of plumbing, he put in two ADA accessible restrooms where one tiny non accessible restroom used to be. Everything was by the book, he took care of all the permits, subcontracting, and more. He even arranged to have a portable toilet on site while our plumbing was being rebuilt. We were quite impressed by the professionalism and expertise that everyone on the project brought, especially Kirk.
Being a Music and Dance School, we had quite a bit of soundproofing, and other specific types of projects that needed to be handled. They either knew exactly what to do, in ways that saved us money, or found out how to install things. We had to install a pretty complex dance floor for one, Kirk spent time figuring out the best way to install it, and offered solutions that we would never even thought of, for an over all amazing result. It is a dream to dance on!
